Hospital trusts could take control of GP premises under neighbourhood plans

More than 1,000 GP practices operating from NHS-owned premises could see ownership of their buildings transferred to NHS trusts as part of a policy to 'accelerate the shift to neighbourhood-level, integrated, preventative care'.
