Spain calls for mandatory mutual recognition of return decisions in the EU

The Spanish Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, defended this Tuesday the "mandatory" mutual recognition of migrant return decisions in the European Union, against other member states such as the Netherlands or France, which support it being voluntary.
