‘Glass half full’: Latvian minister says EU must move faster on Ukraine support and defence

The EU will cover €90 billion of Ukraine's financial and military needs over the coming two years, and is working on a 20th package of sanctions to further cripple Russia's ability to finance its war through exports of fossil fuel.
